The water in our quiet cove is always calm. This means it is perfect for floating, jumping off the dock, and relaxing. The neighbors are very friendly & always wave. It is on average 14 feet deep water right off the dock - so jump on in! When you rent The Roost you are able to bring your own boat or water craft. With the boat launch just seconds from the house, you will have no issue having hours of fun.
Family Mealtime
Hit up the local pizza place or cook your own meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Everything from a wine opener, to spices, and baking pans are available for your use. The full size fridge provides ample space and our beverage fridge is perfect for chilling wine, beer, and water bottles. The possibilities are endless!
